Excellent experience on my first visit. Everyone, everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr Dantlzer was personable and discussed issues easily and informative.

Absolutely appalled that this medical establishment is able to reject someone requesting medical help only because they choose to be a cash pay patient and not rely on insurance. This only confirms that both the medical and insurance systems are corrupt.

I had a Echo done by Sheri Marsh. She was very strange which is why I made sure to look at her badge. As if she was uncomfortable with a person of color. She asked me during the procedure which doctor ordered this I was like why? She said just never heard of this doctor which was irrelevant to the procedure and I was like I'm a transplant patient this came from my transplant doctor. She kept circling the same spot over and over without taking a picture until.I just asked her if she was almost done. It was very uncomfortable . Then here's the kicker she had the radiologist to put a nasty note in my radiology report. DO NOT GO HERE !

I have been going to the office in Murfreesboro for 3 years now. Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. I cannot remember a time that I had to wait long after I arrived for my appointment. It is a heart clinic. I am certain that situations arise that someone comes in unscheduled or is fit into the scheduled to take care of something that requires more immediate attention. If you have had to wait a bit longer an occasion like this it could well be that I was the culprit. Thank goodness they take time to evaluate their patients and will take care of someone if something unexpected happens. Some of the best Doctors and best Nurses in the country work at Vanderbilt and many of those can be found here.

"Save time, skip the line." False advertising Terrible wait times even with arriving 15 min early for appointments. Sick patients aren't separated at all from healthy patients. Do not recommend.

I am an older woman and had an echo yesterday. They had a man do the procedure and I was very uncomfortable with that. When you see a male doctor the procedure is to have a female nurse with him if you are undressed but apparently it’s ok to let a male tech do a procedure in a room alone with you. I am 74 years old and felt this needed to be shared.

Lost my blood draw for lab testing and will need to come in and get poked again. On past couple monthly draws had a trainee that didn't know what they were doing.

I loved Dr Manda and saw him many years. I asked a simple question and was told to get a second opinion. Basically dismissing me from the clinic. The Nurses for The most part are rude. I am a nurse myself and didn’t appreciate being talked to as if I were ignorant. Dr manda has Told me if my heart rate Became too high or pvcs were too terrible if I could come to office have them immediately hook me up to ekg. Well I went there with a heart rate of 170 and sat out in hallway yes hallway as it was too full for 30 mins no one ever came so I left. When I really needed help w cardiac issues that didnt happen either my rheumatologist was left trying to help and figure out what was wrong.I had issues with this office before but decided to stay. Best decision to go somewhere else.

Just left Dr Abu's office. This man and his staff absolutely exude Life, Health and Goodness. Highly Intelligent and efficient and wonderfully warm, caring and positive. The Staff are incredible, welcoming and kind from reception to check-out. The Nurses were Exceptional! Caring and extremely capable. I have never felt this level of care.......anywhere! Don't go anywhere else, this is your Guy. I love these people! Who says that about a Doctors office?

Front desk very nice. My son was sent for a 24 hr heart monitor. It was set up but turned off twice during the time period. Trying to reach someone at the office in regards to the issue was difficult. Continually placed on hold and no one could seem to help. The first person that helped me didn't even put notes in the system for the second person to view. We were a referral and the process was long.
