Vickie Gatlin, went above & beyond. She got a 2nd opinion, she called me just like she said she would. Several times she emphasized the importance of my concerns by reminding me, “it’s your health” like she was just as concerned as me. Initially, I was put off Bc she didn’t want me to record. (I do that rather than take notes.) I would not have even asked if I had known they were going to send me clinic notes right after the appointment. You can’t get more timely than that!
