List of Julie Bilbrey's Reviews
I’ve been seeing Dr. Bilbrey for several years. Followed her from previous practice to Galen which by the way the staff is way more pleasant than at her old practice. Love love love her. She always listens spends a lot of time and answers all my questions. I called this morning to see her about a problem I’ve been having with my foot and they got me in this afternoon ??
Dr. Bilbrey is Amazing She really takes time and makes you feel comfortable and cared for
If you are looking for a doctor who will spend time listening to you is genuinely interested in your medical history and issues and is even willing to call you at home to talk you down off of your Google Doctor Ledges Dr. Bilbrey is for you. I’m in my sixties and have never had a doctor spend as much time getting to know me and my particular and peculiar medical history I followed her to Galen when she moved from Soddy because she’s so bright and easy to talk to. She’s careful and thorough and obviously extremely bright. Moreover she’s called the correct diagnosis for me several times opting for what turned out to be least invasive least expensive and least extreme treatment options. Responsible and caring medicine. Thank you Dr. Bilbrey.
I held her in the highest regard when it came to my care and treatment nothing above that has been said is incorrect. She was always attentive patient and listened to me when I spoke. As of today I have to take into consideration the comment made about her only wanting money. I have received a letter from her dropping me from her practice as a patient not for anything other than an outstanding balance I had with her from May of this year for $150. When I called the office for an explanation I was told that the doctors are given a list of the patients with outstanding balances each month. They have the option when reviewing this list to send it to collections let it ride or drop the patient. Now I had an appointment scheduled next week and was going to pay my balance then but either that was not good enough or the staff did not tell her. Anyway I was dropped my future appointment cancelled and I was told to find another physician and that it could not be anyone within Galen.
Tell you about my visit?? What visit?? I can never seem to see my own family physician Over 2 years I have not seen her then I was finally able to get an appointment I scheduled 6 weeks ago and now they call and tell me I have to reschedule? Horrible nurses triage and Bilbrey’s nurse they treat the patients as insignificant and imbeciles never have I been talked to like that from a triage nurse when I had a medical issue told to go to walkin clinic because we don’t have time for youthis is not a joke absolutely worst patient care I have ever witnessed
Doc Julie was very attentive and knew right away the treatment I needed
Have been going to her for yrs. She is on top of things. Her diagnosis has always been correct. Seems like family to me....love her
Dr. Julie Bilbrey is the absolute best
Shes an untrustworthy quack. Unintelligent lying and takes forever to do anything. Just wants your money.
My father was a patient of Dr. Bilbreys. She went above and beyond what a lot of doctors would do. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a good doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
