List of Abu S Fakhruddin's Reviews
Number one in my book
I’ve suffered many many years from an Esophageal Stricture which has also caused me to have many procedures done. Last night (Saturday 12/14/19) I was brought by Ambulance to the ER. The GI doctor on call was Dr. Fakhruddin. After he performed my procedure and dilation.. he went to speak with my family in the waiting area. He then did nothing but bash me to them and I quote “She is fired from our group of doctors, when my name comes up no one wants to come to me” and also said many other mean terrible things. I will be speaking to an attorney Monday morning. Not only did my fiancé, mom and 13 yr old son hear this (told directly from this doctor), so did a nurse. He additionally made the comment that this was his 2nd time in row being called in for me but this was my first time meeting him and my last few times was by a completely different doctor from the group. His conversation was recorded and aside from speaking with an attorney tomorrow morning (Monday) I will be contacting the medical board with this.
I'm am absolutely amazed at Dr. Fakhruddin's expertise. I have been in excruciating neck pain and swallowing issues for years due to Graft vs Host disease with no previous success from other Endo/Gi Drs. Today I awoke to no pain, such a wonderful change and to top it off his bedside manner was wonderful! Thank you Dr. Fakhruddin.
Very Disappointed! I schedule an appointment months ago by taking the very first appointment available. I have been suffering through very severe GERD, but wanted to see "the best." As a reward for my wait, they waited until two weeks before my appointment to call me and say the Dr would be unavailable because he was on call that week, and they would have to reschedule me for DECEMBER!!! It's September. So, I've already waited 2 months and you now want me to wait 3 more months??? I was basically told sorry and it wasn't their fault. I've decided to seek help elsewhere, which is what I would suggest you also do before waiting and suffering for months. If their story is to be believed, they were cancelling an entire week's worth of patients' appointments - none of which could happen until December, most of whom had also likely waited months already. Beyond ridiculous. Let me know when you stop thinking your time is more valuable than your patients' health.
Was transported to Centennial over the weekend for an emergency ERCP - I guess it's becoming a "dying art" (not many physicians do them anymore)...and I ended up in the care of Dr. Fakhruddin. I couldn't have been in better hands - he was calm, thorough, kind, and took the time to answer questions/explain the procedure. It's rare to find doctors these days with a bedside manner, but Dr. F is great! I will definitely be relying on him and his expertise for any future GI issues I may encounter. His staff (ANPs and nursing) are also very personable, kind, and understanding. Highly recommended!
Dr. Fakhruddin is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He has an impeccable bedside manner, always remembers you and your situation, and brings a warm, calming presence. You can tell he truly cares. He's helped me tremendously and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a great GI physician.
Do not go see this doctor. My wife scheduled a visit with this office over two months ago only for them to cancel her appt due to “on call” reasons. They then couldn’t get her back in until December. No work-in, no, “I’m really sorry but we will do what we can to get you in next week”. She’s in pain and wanted to see the “supposed” best GI doctor in town. Well, I can tell you that we will never be going here nor will we ever recommend them to anyone. Very poorly run facility.
Dr. Fakhruddin is the BEST. I was referred to him several years ago by my GP and he is so good to me. Unfortunately, he has seen more of my insides than my outsides but that's how it goes! :-)
Dr. Fahkrudin is one of the most thorough and compassionate physicians we have encountered. I have been a patient for routine visits for over ten years. Recently we had to return for a procedure for my significant other which was an emotional moment. Dr. Fahkrudin spent time going over the procedure making sure we understood and were comfortable about the surgery. His follow up and that of his staff was exemplary making sure we were ok and letting us know we could reach out 24/7 if necessary and that there would be support for us. This was definitely a five star thumbs up experience.
I give ease of appointment 3 stars because it is hard to get in to see him; HOWEVER, this is due to the fact that he is so danged popular! He is great! And when I say great, Ive had years of gastro docs with God complexes. This man is down to earth and real. It is special to find a doctor that makes you feel like youre the only patient of his and that is understanding and extremely helpful! I feel like Im finally, FINALLY in good hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
