When I first came in I was in a lot of back and lower back pain from an accident. Now I have no pain at all and can move in every angle perfectly fine after a few months under the care of Action Spine and joint. This is an absolutely outstanding establishment. Everyone is kind and very respectful on top of knowing what they are doing. Dr. Bearden is GREAT at his job and a great man as well. The staff is very welcoming with smiles and kindness and they are very efficient with their time and timing of what each patient has to get done and treat you like more than just a patient. If I’m not mistaken I believe everyone knew every patient I saw on a first name basis without even looking at a computer or paper work as they arrived. This is an amazing establishment I will be recommending everyone with any issue and needing help to them. Thank you guys for everything!

I recently moved to Nashville and was very nervous about finding a new chiropractor—it’s so important to find someone you can trust. From my very first visit at Action Spine & Joint, I knew I had made the right choice. The initial consultation was seamless, and Dr. Casey Bearden took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything in a way that made me feel confident in my care. That kind of trust from the start is rare, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Beyond Dr. Bearden’s incredible expertise, his entire team is outstanding. From the friendly and efficient front desk staff to the skilled chiropractic assistants and techs, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. They create such a welcoming atmosphere, and I genuinely look forward to my visits. If you’re in need of a chiropractor in Nashville, I can’t recommend Action Spine & Joint enough. They’ve made such a difference in my health, and I’m so glad I found them!

If you have back or neck pain, look no further Action spine & joint on Charlotte Ave is the best Chiropractor you’re going to find. I went to another chiropractor who really messed up my neck and didn't trust anyone else to adjust me but Dr. Casey Bearden helped me feel better my first day and put me on a treatment plan that works for me and I can finally get back to work and look forward to it with no more back pain.

This place should be called Action Spine & Joint and Magic Shop!!! I’ve been having an annoying low back issue. I was constantly twisting and turning trying to free up my low back, to no avail. On my last basic adjustment Dr Bearden recommended the decompression table and I was like oh, okay!! My discomfort drove me to take his advice. So, today I go see Dr. Bearden and his magical machine and I am convinced his magic is real, Ya’ll !!! Between his adjustment and the decompression table I feel wonderful. Oddly enough, it took me a few hours to realize that my low back wasn’t hurting as bad. I’m not 100% free of low back pain but I am 100% better today than I was when I walked into his office. I’m sure I will be 100% free of that annoying low back pain in a few more visits with Dr Bearden and his magical machine.

So glad to have found these people after moving here from Chicago. It's always unnerving to have to go through the process of finding new professionals to trust, much less with the health of the family. Dr. Bearden (and staff) went over and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and happy with the initial encounter and I look forward to the peace of mind and continued comfort of knowing we got this one right and checked off the list. Highly recommend.

I had a deeply unsettling experience with the Dr. during my visit for an injury sustained in a car accident. Not only did I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously, but I was also treated with complete disrespect. I left the appointment feeling dismissed and disrespected. I believe the way I was treated may have been influenced by bias, as there was no reason for the doctor to act in such a manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any professional setting, especially when it comes to healthcare. It’s vital that patients are treated with care, respect, and empathy—none of which I experienced during this visit. I would not recommend this doctor, (( personality disorder is more dangerous than car injury I’m sure this doctor needs a psychologist)) Everyone else was cool
