Dr Adam Richter, You can not find anyone better & more than competent talented knowledgeable do pretty much take care of any kind of vascular and much, much more , that need's to be took care of !! Am supposed to be dead , not able to walk & many other thing's, as well but Am Still here & do walk not far & yes in pain but am holding on to my leg & foot. Haven't been able to have follow up 🙁 & am at the critical type of major limb and life-saving surgery, that things start south so to speak ! But He did what I asked & guess I have been granted grace for a bit 🙁 But started with his ability & skill & knowledge to give my body something to work with after all had no blood pumping threw that femoral artery and into my foot for 14 to 16 months !! He is if not the BEST IN NASHVILLE ! DAMN SURE ONE OF TOP 3, No doubt Saved my leg, & foot & my life against what was a bad deal to say at very least !! Thanks Dr Richter, You the man 😎😎😎😎😎

I definitely recommend Dr. Richter...He definitely has plenty of experience & knowledge at his practice in the medical field, & he cares a great deal about the well being of his patients in healing, getting them better, & striding them back towards a good healthier way of life...oh! & I almost forgot to mention also a very kind & friendly staff as well....

Dr. Richter was very nice and helpful with my diagnosis. His entire staff was friendly and courteous. I called and they got me right in at the earliest appointment time. I highly recommend him if you need a vascular surgeon.

Everyone was really nice and polite to us. William was very pleased with Dr. Richter. William could understand him and he took time to explain everything to us.

The staff was wonderful. The doctor was very kind and took the time to make sure that my questions were answered. I did not have to wait long and their office was very inviting. I would definitely suggest that anyone else would needs this kind of care should good see this doctor.
