Waiting 45 minutes without any feedback from your team was disconcerting. Apparently, you were not even in the office. In the future, I would appreciate being told that there would be an extended wait period as I also run a business and have appointments with clients.

Dr Smith did surgery on both of my husband’s eyes. He said that he wished he had this done years ago. Dr Smith is very talented surgeon. My husband and I highly recommend her if you are looking to have cataract surgery. I found out after the fact she did surgery on my sister, sister in law and many many other people in our church and they just sing her praises.

Amazing I can't say enough good about Dr. Smith. Been seeing her for a number of years now. She never rushes through an appointment and always offers plenty of time for any questions I've had, and answers those questions in a way I can understand, not with some medical jargon that is above my head. Both Dr. Smith and her staff have always been super friendly and welcoming. Never any issues with appointments or billing.

I’ve been seeing Dr Smith for several years. She’s intelligent and kind. Her diagnoses, treatments, refractions are always spot on. I’m a physician also and appreciate her knowledge and professionalism.

Dr. Allison Smith is always prompt in seeing her patients and takes time to listen to the patient. My first ophthalmologist retired a few years ago and I asked for a recommendation and Dr. Smith was the first name that she highly recommended. I am very pleased.

I’ve been a patient for about three years. Dr. Smith is wonderful. I love her personality and passion for patient care. I wish she wasn’t always running late through. Her staff is one of a kind. I love her newest nurse. She is so passionate about her work and takes her time. I never feel rushed. She is truly the best ever. I alway hope I get her. The lady at the front desk should pay more attention. Every time I’m there she’s always on her cell phone. I’ve even stood there to wait on her to get off her phone. That’s not good customer service.
