I saw dr Peltier Dec 2020 for some post covid symptoms. The next time I was able to see her was spring 2021. I had to book a telehealth appointment bc that would get me in sooner. I’ve been having alot of burning and pain with my feet for my SFN and my medication isnt working. I called to schedule an appointment. And they couldn’t even get in her schedule she’s booked for 2023 already. What kind of patient care is that? I wasn’t impressed the two times I saw her anyway. she acts like a big shot with no compassion for her patients. All the patients moving into middle Tennessee vanderbuilt patient care is not that wonderful.

I agree that it took a long time to get an initial appointment with Dr. Peltier, but it was worth the wait. She gave me plenty of time to discuss what was going on and was great at explaining everything to me. She took my questions and concerns seriously and I'm comfortable with the diagnosis. It will be much easier to get in to see her now that the initial visit is completed and I will be seeing her for a follow up next year (already scheduled). Also, the doctor assisting her took the most comprehensive visit notes I've ever seen. I would 100% recommend.

Saw Dr. Peltier for several years until I found out she left me with cancer for 7 years because she didn’t read the radiologist reports for my MRI. She told me and my PCP my MRI was normal, when in fact, I had a tumor that needed “labs, ultrasound, and biopsy” Lesson learned No matter who you go to, get a copy of all radiology reports and don’t trust what the doctor tells you until you see it in ...

She not only understands my problem, but listens to my concerns. She was very through and spot on with her diagnosis and plan for treatment.

Think Dr. Peltier is a very good neurologist but extremely difficult to get an appointment with and does not returns phone calls without numerous tries to get in touch with her. It is not good patient care when you cannot get an appointment with her for 6-12 months.
