I have been a customer here for many years. But they don't fit in new lenses for the frames that I bought from them in the past/last visit. Although say they say they do when purchasing, after 2-3 years, they are unable to do so "as they don't sell the same frame anymore" 🙄 (I know there are places that do that even for the frames which were not purchased from them), and I am forced to buy new frames every time. They took my vision insurance details but never billed anything into it. Therefore, I had to pay the full price. Moreover, for both the pairs that I bought, lenses came off from the frame after 1.5 months. I have no intention of returning as a customer here.

Love this place! I went to America's Best for an eye exam and glasses. The process was quick and easy. The cost were reasonable, and I absolutely loved the staff! Very nice and helpful. Loved the lady that does the exams too. Everyone makes you feel as you're a friend and long time customer. The experience was so good that I brought back my fiance and mother to get their eye exams and new glasses too. ☺️ Thanks for everything Tim, Carol, Jan and Harley!
