Worst Endo ever. In three years being treated here never once saw a Dr. and then when I was trying to move to a new "real" Dr. they were completely unhelpful and refused to refer me. I would not advise anyone to use these jokers. I would give them 0 stars if possible

The Dr. Took the right blood test that showed my thyroid was not working. After telling my pcp that I was having trouble with my thyroid.

I find it odd that all of her past reviews have been deleted. Don't be fooled by the recently added (and most likely falsified) 5 star reviews. Do yourself a favor and research Dr. Hayes. Look up her Healthgrades. Terrible reviews and rightfully so. She is beyond rude. If you have a thyroid problem please do not waste your referral at this doctor. She does not run a full thyroid panel. If you question this she will tell you "seek care elsewhere if you don't like it." She will only prescribe one generic type of medication. Again she tells you to find another doctor if you don't like it. Getting a call back takes days. I couldn't tell you how many times I left her office in tears! Found another doctor that ran a full lab panel and I was in fact not being medicated properly. I spent months suffering due to a doctor that refuses to listen to her patients. Please do you research before going to this rude lady

I have been seeing Doctor Hayes and her staff for many years. They are all very good at their jobs and care for their patients deeply. I highly recommend this business.

Very friendly staff. Did not have to wait the appointment was on time. Dr Hayes listened to my concerns and spent plenty of time with me.she was informed on the most current treatment options. I look forward to better diabetes managment.

A Doctor's office should be non-partisan as they treat patients of all ideologies. One photo would not make me uncomfortable, but having your office as a shrine was a bit too much. Very disconcerting.

If you have thyroid issues please avoid Dr. Hayes at costs. She refuses to run a full thyroid panel. If you try and ask about another brand of medication she will tell you "If you don't like your care you can seek care elsewhere." If you ask about further testing she will tell you "stay off of google" save your referral for a doctor that actually cares about her patients. She will only prescribe generic levo brand medication and refuses to even discuss anything else. Getting a call back takes days!
