I had an appointment booked with Dr Avery at 2pm. I didn't end up getting seen until 4pm. He literally spent 2 minutes with me, didn't fill out any of my necessary insurance paperwork costing me to lose all of my insurance benefits. Not only had he not bothered to fill out my paperwork, I had to chase him 4 times to get him to do it-and even then he missed off half of the information. Now I have to go back and do another test because they conveniently lost mine. Changing PCP ASAP.
