My name is Rick and let me start by saying Dr. Beaulieu all but walks on water as far as I'm concerned! It was my first time for anything like this procedure so I was apprehensive. Dr. B made sure I was comfortable and talked to me making sure I trusted him and the procedure. He gave me a play by play of everything he was doing. I felt no pain. Only pressure from the medicine going in. It lasted 5 to 10 minutes tops. Got up after and went to work. The staff is so helpful! I've seen negative reviews. The staff consists of 3 including Doc. B. They field 100's of calls a day so it is a little difficult to get through. This is a good thing! Leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as they can. All questions can be answered on the day of your appointment. I will go to no other Doctor for this!

Dr. madhu Yelameli is unprofessional. I had to wait 3 hrs past my scheduled appointment time forirate. (Murphfreesboro). Found out his idea of sedation is Xanax, which has no effect on me. during the 4 RFA's I hollered a few times and said a couple of swear words. During one of the numbing injections when I yelled he started laughing and said why did you holler it's just the numbing medicine. when I said because it hurt he said unbelievable. he also stated if I cussed one more time he was going to stop the procedure. told him he can not tell me if it should hurt or not unless he has had this procedure done on himself. he became irrate. Not ever going back to that guy.

10 mins late and out of your meds don't worry they won't see you and want to reschedule three weeks later. But it's only chronic pain

Very kind and very patient with you and nurses are always very kind and helpful and the doctors are very helpful too they listen to what you have to say in the Columbia office everyone is excellent and friendly

The staff at the Clarksville office are now Top Notch when it comes to filling my pain pump but I do not care for nor do I trust the Doctor. Very unfriendly and as for me I don’t think he gives a rip about my concerns, I went close to a year without seeing him only the nurses. There is no follow up from him
