I had a friend who we got to check in. This facility, those people, saved his life. The staff was professional, empathetic, and genuinely cared about people and respected their privacy. The doctor, who is also a certified addiction specialist, was amazing and outstanding and caring towards my friend and his family. This facility saved his life. The outpatient program was perfect and I was told the prices were very low even without insurance. If you or a loved one is suffering from addiction please pick up the phone and call this facility. It will save your or their life.

The team is professional , compassionate and informative. Everyone treats you with dignity and are so kind and accommodating. Every single person in the office is amazing. Dr Limbaugh is a true life saver. She will truly listen and design a program specifically for your needs and won't treat your recovery as a one size fits all. If you or a family member are struggling this is the place you want to be!!!

I can not say enough AMAZING things about AppleGate Recovery in Nashville, Tn! I have been going to them for years and Not once have I ever had a bad experience! From the first day that I walked into this place to now, my life has changed so drastically in the most positive way possible! They have been there every step of the way and now my life is 1000% better!! I have yet to meet anyone there that has not welcomed me with open arms! They truly care for their patients and their wellbeing and go to great lengths to make sure your on the right path! I can never thank them enough for always being so respectful, helpful, and kind to me! My boyfriend has been patient here as well for a couple of years and he has had the same exact amazing experience as I have! If your feeling alone and need help, please give this place a call, you will be forever thankful and be treated like a person and feel so comfortable as well!! AppleGate Recovery gets 5 stars for me...I'd give 10 stars if it were possible!!!!!!!

From the very first-time I walked into apple gate recovery was my very first time ever going to a recovery center and let me tell you i could name names but it would be pointless because everyone at that place have hearts the size of the world i mean it they get to kno you personally and are very successful in treating and helping us recover i just want to give a big shoutout to the people i now kno and consider FAMILY!!!! Reviews are tricky, as they often reflect a person's SINGULAR experience, and not a cumulative number of experiences. Such appears is the case in another reviewer being "treated like a junkie", and that any positive reviews "must be" written by staff at A.M.C. They're mistaken, about the reviews, as I personally know two of the patients who have placed reviews on Google, regarding A.M.C., and they certainly don't work for them! As to having been "treated like a "junkie", I'm sure that's frustrating, but I'm not sure it's accurate either. I've spent many, many hours in their waiting room, and also accompanying my partner in their appointments, and not once have I EVER seen staff misspeak, mistreat, or be anything other than empathetic towards patients and their families! I sort of take offense to the reviewers characterization, as doctors and medical staff play an intimate role in one's life, and in a way become part of our lives. Especially if you're seen regularly and for a chronic condition. To read statements I feel misrepresent a clinic's staff, whom I have great respect and appreciation for, riles me up and doesn't sit well with me. The majority of patients here have pain management medication issues, substance dependency, or related medical issues. I've seen many patients, especially new ones, who come in, and are going through deep chemical withdrawals. This is a horrible feeling, and I've heard it described as the "lowest place in hell" to go through. A.M.C. is there to HELP these patients, and their goal is to medically assist them in having functioning, normalized, and productive lives! Often times, patients come in expecting miracles, instant results, to be seen RIGHT NOW, and just frustrated to no end with life, as they're hurting and miserable at that time, due to the withdrawals their going through. This is understandable, as I've never seen someone experience withdrawals and be in a good mood or happy go lucky! But it's not the clinic's fought, problem, or mistake. They're there to help FIX THE PROBLEM, but aren't the ones who over prescribed narcotics, mishandled a pain issue with long term pain pills, etc. So please, understand that this clinic is a place where people come, often at the lowest point in their lives, needing help that few doctors are willing to offer, and work to put people's lives back together. Substance dependency treatment is costly. Far more expensive than just continuing to fill a narcotics pain pills prescription, use street drugs, or obtain opiates another way. My partner and I spend 5 to 6 times MORE in doctor appointments and medication refills, for his treatments, than we would if he just went to a regular doctor and got prescriptions for pain pills!! But that isn't the life we want, and it isn't the life he DESERVES! So, we choose to take the more expensive route, and treat the dependency created when he had an injury and his then doctor prescribed and prescribed higher and higher dose of narcotic pain meds. He didn't wake up and WANT TO BE dependent on narcotics! He just didn't want to horrible pain he expelled from the injury. Once the injury healed, he was dependent on the pain meds. It's the most common and frequent beginning to narcotic affection and dependency! My partner has been to other clinic's, and we've called every one of them we could find on Google, and ALL charge high doctor visit fees. But A.M.C. is the lowest one we've found, AND they're also the kindest, most empathetic, and flexible with appointment scheduling (fitting you in, when needed), that we've found. We're going to continue with A.M.C., for however long as is necessary. My partner's life depends on it.

Saved my life. The doctors, nurses, counselors, and receptionists are professional and respectful. Has high standards and principals that allow you to recover without the stigma of the disease or recovery process. Took a broken person and gave them the tools to become a productive member of society once again. Tried many avenues, but Applegate was the only place that gave me success. You must do what works for you. Dont give up and give Applegate a chance. Saved my life. I lost both my Brother and Sister to drugs and were soo young. The stigma kept them from seeking help through AMC/Applegate. I 100% believe if they had not been shamed "replacing one for the other", they wouldve gone to Applegate and still be alive.
