Staff was get attention with me when I was in there and the room was nest and the kitchen work was not paying attention when they know that I had a food allergy and still give me the food that I was allergic to In then the staff was in there talking when I was Breaking out in hives then they finally got me up stairs to get Benadryl after I had the hives on my arm

Stay away!!! No programming in terms of therapy groups! He played music at each group with him. Played on his phone the whole time. Played bingo at the other groups. Check in during the morning gave us form to fill out and was told to give to nurse. Made us wear ankle monitor and was told so they know where we are at all the time. Intake worker lied through her teeth. The intake nurse said the opposite. Stay away the food was horrible and got really sick. Refused to call the Dr.

I went here for no reason at all. And I came out weak. The medicine that they gave me made me weak. I have to walk everywhere and I’m in alot of pain.

Ashley, the social worker, is incredibly AMAZING. She has been so amazing and has helped throughout this entire process. She deserves a multimillion dollar deal for real.

I was a former employee here and I can say that somethings here are weird and should be rubbed differently. Never come here on the weekend if you want your belongings it’ll take almost three days to get it. Be careful with how you react to certain staff because it could result in getting a shot and/or being put into a hold. The doctors here take forever to see one client, which puts the nursing staff and social workers at a disadvantage. Along with that there’s always something wrong with plumbing whether it’s toilets not flushing properly or sinks/showers not running water. Terrible place if you’re seeking genuine help.

Daniel, the nurse practitioner, accused me of having told the nurses the wrong dose of medication after receiving half my antidepressant. I gave them the correct dose NUMEROUS times so I’m sure you can understand my frustration being trapped in an institution and accused of telling them that I take HALF of what I actually take. He knew better than to give me a patient survey and i was quickly discharged. Most of the nurses/techs/CNAs here have nasty attitudes. Nurse Elizabeth and nurse Akira (i think i spelled that right) were two very kind nurses and I am so thankful for them.

I'm so grateful for my experience here the patience and care from the staff was amazing. They literally saved my life.

I was sent there due to a breakdown missing my mother, when I arrived my bathroom area was absolutely disgusting, there were urine stains in the bathroom and the toilet still had feces stains and hair in the toilet the smell was awful and very unsanitary. The staff was as good as can be expected with the lack of. They were so overwhelmed they could barely keep up. The drs were absolutely terrible. How can a physician prescribe any medication without actually speaking with the patient about their issues. Why would you give someone a narcotics when they have addiction issues. I’m am absolutely appalled at this facility. No further comments.

Had a good week stay hear staff was nice all but one person but everyone else was nice and helped me as needed

New Horrible experience. Was admitted for Depression. Treatment by non Nurse staff is against the law. I was physically abused, mentally abused/verbally . I left there worse than when I arrived on 12/5/2024. I will say anytime the staff was asked for anything they would never follow through. I let multiple nurse’s know I was scared for my safety, it was not addressed. I think the nurses are afraid of some of the staff.. Everyone lies and protects the bad staff, this includes the patient advocate as well as nurse Manager. I told them what happened to me in great detail. I was lied to, they said they would take care of it and they just drugged me up and said I was manic. One of the floors had been closed due to census violations, and they expected 22 people to use one phone for a couple of hours a day. Our family wasn’t allowed to come visit us because of “Covid” . But yet they never wiped down anything. Place was absolutely disgusting. Not beneficial to me at all.
