These ladies have the patience of Job. I tried one form of hearing aid that did not suit me. They exchanged them for ones that do. No hassle. No high pressure salesmanship. Just quiet and efficient service!

The actual audiology team is great. The administrative team hasn't learned insurance codes for cochlear implants yet, which holds up reimbursement. The website "Contact U" page also needs work. After inserting a lengthy verification code, I was asked to verify that I was human but didn't provide a means to do so. I hope these issues will be fixed soon..

I have never been more pleased with any doctor more so than I am with Dr. Emily MCann. Her professionalism, knowledge and patient interest is beyond measure. I have been seeing her for years and just recently brought my mom to see her. My mom left there feeling so much better about her hearing aids and their use, that her original doctor never took the time to explain. Emily is very patient oriented and takes the time to answer any and all questions and/or concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone that has any hearing concerns.

I met with Dr. Hayes yesterday to discuss options to treat my tinnitus. I appreciated her being upfront with me and not pushing things that she knew wouldn’t work. She was very kind and compassionate and provided me some tips To help me cope with the tinnitus. I felt like she genuinely cared and took the time to just listen to my concerns and complaints of everything. I’ve done so far. I would highly recommend her if you’re struggling with anything related to hearing.
