Gina and her knowledge,patience and understanding made getting my hearing aids such an easy experience.. My hearing aids changed my life so I can participate in all conversations and not feel left out.. I'd also like to shout out to Jennifer who works with Gina..she is always willing to help me with things if Gina is not available.. They are a fantastic team and I recommend them highly to anyone who is struggling with hearing loss..

Dr. Jina and Jennifer know there stuff. Dr. Jina patiently and competently tested me for the Oticon hearing aid and took time to see that it was adjusted properly. She the told me how to use the app and take care to the hearing aid. She really cared about getting everything right.

These people are fantastic!!!!!! They truly care about their patients and are very helpful with all the aspects of using your hearing aids to get the most out of your investment. I give them 5+ stars for experience, friendliness, caring, ease of getting what you need quickly and most of all their sincere caring about making sure you are happy with their products and their service. I just love their positive, upbeat attitude. I'm telling you, that Jennifer could charm the spots off a leopard, she is a beautiful person, both inside and out. You cannot go wrong for choosing Audiology Associates & Hearing Aids Today. They are the BEST!!!!!!!!

I was so thankful to come across Audiology Associates while passing through town with my grandfather! He's been deaf in his right ear since suffering a stroke at 35 years old and only has about 35% left in his left. He's been extremely frustrated going from doctors offices to another one just telling him that there's "nothing more they can do". Now on this particular day we just needed someone to take a look at his current hearing aide and see why it was "bugging out" while we were in town for a wedding. The warm welcome we received and the genuine care for my granddad's situation was so different than any of the other offices we have visited over the years. Can they cure him? no, but no one can! But they made his situation as comfortable as humanly possible and finally listened to what he had to say. Working with the elderly can be so challenging and the love & respect he was treated with did not go unnoticed. he's still beaming from the encounter. 10/10 highly recommend!

DISORGANIZED AND LACKS COMMUNICATION. I am so incredibly disappointed. I scheduled an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time only to find out that there was no appointment scheduled for me. I reminded the receptionist about the specific conversation we had, and she said she remembered it, but somehow the appointment was not recorded. She then said that there was a cancelation at the same time I arrived and the doctor could see me right now. She gave me a packet of paperwork to fill out. 10 minutes later when I returned the paperwork, she said that actually the doctor will NOT see me as she needs to go home since her child was diagnosed with strep infection and she didn't want to expose her own patients. I was so frustrated at this point that I decided not to come back for another appointment. A few minutes later as I drove away from the parking lot, the receptionist contacted me to let me know that the doctor's husband was now able to babysit the child and now she CAN see me. I was completely shocked by continued back and forth lack of communication. I said I would not be returning. You think that's it? NO! The doctor then called me to let me know that in fact based on my paperwork I should not be seeing her at all and go to the ENT!!! I have ringing in my ears, if an audiologist is not the right place, then I am a total idiot. Needless to say, this is the last time I am going to this place.

After experiencing persistent ringing in my ears, I had my hearing tested at Audiology Associates. Dr. Jina was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and kind while we discussed my health issues, family history, etc. She thoroughly explained how the hearing test would work and administered it thoughtfully and efficiently. It was a great experience overall!

Lovely people whom helped my mom out in a pinch. They do a lot of oticom. Highly recommended.

The customer service and products at Audiology Associates is remarkable! From calling to walking in the door, from fear and anxiety about hearing loss to wonderful hearing again, I have experienced all this with this group for the past 10 years. I highly recommend this service and the particular set of people who work there, all of which is designed to help people live better lives. Whether someone needs hearing help themselves, or if they have a family member who is resistant or unable to realize the beauty of hearing well again, this staff knows what they are doing and how to help. When my 95 yr old mother moved to town, I set her up to see them and they have helped her immensely. Their services include all you need to know and have for healthy hearing. Also, they may not be as inexpensive-sounding as large corporate giant stores, but their customer service is so amazing, you will want them to help follow you and your family throughout your hearing journey.

Had a visit today to establish a baseline and see if there was any hearing loss. Great visit, don't have to return for a year. Very professional but also made one feel at ease.

My experience with Dr Jina was incredible! She took her time with me, explaining all the options, answering any and all questions and testing me throughly. It is rare to get this kind of customer service and knowledge - I highly recommend her!
