The nursing staff does not want to be bothered, good luck trying to get refills nurses do not care or want to be bothered. Dr. Ozan is a great Doctor just wish he had more helpful nurses who did what they were supposed to.

Overall a great doctor but kind of too quick to prescribe to a medication on any given condition rather than trying out some other alternatives. He's a great listener. Also, lab staff is not as professional or caring as they should be.

Dr. Ozan has noted false information in my medical records and became very defensive when asked to correct them, as well as taking an absurdly long time to make that correction. Humility would go a long way, sir. Admit your mistake, apologize, and make the correction in a timely fashion. There doesn't have to be any runaround!

My Mother's experience has not been good with this office. Referrals not done or was done and insurance not checked on to see if the specialist is in network. She went to specialist appointment and was turned away, due to his office not given all the insurance information to the specialist. Other time the referral was not done and the appointment had to cancelled to the specialist. Attitudes on the phone , right off the bat is not good customer service. This lady is 80 years old. Please be respectful and be courteous.

Dr. Ozan saw me earlier than my scheduled appointment time and spent an hour listening to my issues. Discussed my medical history as well as a plan of treatment with me and collaborated on how to put plan into action. Was kind and considered my personal needs. Office staff was courteous as well as his office nurse. Made a good decision in choosing this physician.
