Barry Beck's Online Review Report Card

This is my second extraction that Dr. Beck and his staff has completed for me. Dr. Beck and his staff do a wonderful job of explaining the process including what to expect after. They are always there to answer any questions before or after the procedure. This is supposed to be a painful procedure but it's been four hours since I left his office and I don't even need to take an Ibuprofen.

He'd get a 0 if available. What a fraud! What a quack! Dr. SHADY! Do not go here! My dentist referred me to have 2 of my son's wisdom teeth pulled. We sat down with Dr. Shady Beck and he advised having all 4 pulled. The staff ran my insurance and informed me it would be $200 out of pocket for 2 teeth- $400 for all four. I took his supposedly professional advice thinking he was a legit business man. I double my out of pocket and paid the man $400. A month later I get a bill for another $400? I called 3x and asked for Shady Beck to call me but he doesn't have the decency or the balls to do it. This guy is a farce, a joke , a freaking quack. Turns out he only pulled 2 wisdom teeth and he's charging me for for 8!

When to see Dr Beck as a referral from my regular dentist. Unfortunately my tooth flared up (major toothache) before my appt date. I went on antibiotics for a few days and they moved up my appt. Day of extraction went so easy, no pain, no real memory of the extraction at all. Dr Beck called and checked on me that evening. Very positive experience.

Dr Beck was great! Called my husband to check on him the evening after the surgery. Great experience.

I had a tooth that had to be surgically extracted and Dr. Beck did an amazing job. Honestly, I didn't even bleed after the first hour nor did I have any pain. The stitches rubbing the inside of my cheek was more irritating than the wound. I hope I never have a another reason for an oral surgeon, but if I do this is where I'm going.

I came here to extract 5 of my teeth.I signed a contract stating that I would pay a certain amount and they would remove 5 teeth.I paid said amount but they removed only 4.They then told me that it was difficult to remove those 4 and so they would send me an extra bill.I would then have to make another appointment, pay another amount to remove the last tooth.They actually had the guts to send me the bill.I am currently looking for a lawyer to sue these people for fraud.If you are one, please connect with me

I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Beck and can’t say enough good things about him and the staff! Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

There simply aren't enough superlatives available to describe Dr. Beck and his staff. My experience with Dr.Beck have been outstanding, and I was apparently a rather (unintentional) difficult case / patient. The professionalism, warmth, caring and capability make them the best Oral Surgeon's office in Nashville. His assistants, front desk staff and others are probably some of the happiest and professionally capable people I've yet encountered. If you ever need an Oral Surgeon, THIS is the (only) place you really need to make your appointment with. Simply a positive and successful experience! Highly recommended!!

I had to have a pretty invasive surgery and I was recommended to Dr. Beck. I have to say, I had pretty much prepared myself for a very bad experience. Not with him, just due to the nature of the procedure. I was completely unprepared for the professionalism and caring I experienced with him and his staff. This all occurred during Covid-19, and I had actually put off addressing the situation hoping that it could wait until after the pandemic had passed. As we all know....it didn't pass as quickly as we had hoped. I'm finding it hard to put into words, but not only is his skill completely unparalleled, in my opinion, but he genuinely cared about me as a patient. He personally called me after the procedure (him, not an assistant) to check on my progress. Then he personally followed up AGAIN about a week later. My surgery was perfect, and I am now pain-free after many years of putting up with my issue. I can't write this review without mentioning something very important. I thought my surgery would cost a lot, and I don't know if it's my own thinking that is wrong, or his prices are actually lower than they should be...but that was way less expensive than I thought it would be. The whole experience with him was caring and effective. His 5-star rating is 100% deserved. I highly recommend him.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth pulled & never had pain I was surprise. What a great job friendly staff..
