I went to Deborah for stem cell therapy for hair loss and she assured me that the stem cell she used would regrow hair and stop hair loss. I paid over $1200 for this therapy and it absolutely done nothing to regrow hair or stop hair loss. I contacted Deborah several times and she kept putting me off finally she just stopped responding. I’m extremely disappointed with Deborah and how the situation was handled. I feel like at the very least she should give me a full refund.

Deb is the best. She has done numerous enhancements for me and I hope to try several more this year. She is a trusted professional in this industry. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Although, I feel like my service was a waste of time/ money. I don’t notice a difference. I did notice a difference the first week due to inflation. Also, I was told a price and was charged $400 more.

I literally cried! The threadlift is AMAZING! One day out and results are subtle but perfect! No bruising-but only because the staff is perfection! Deb and Erin are educated, professional, precious and I just can’t recommend enough! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place is awesome! Debra is so talented, she definitely knows her stuff and super sweet. I had PDO threads and not one bruise and very little swelling and it looks great after only a few days. Amazing! I'll definitely be back to see her.

Truly, the most amazing Medspa I’ve ever been to. The most compassionate, kind and caring staff. They are simply the best at what they do!! I will definitely continue coming to them in the future. cannot recommend them enough.

Just a reminder. These are not medical professionals. I paid 2400 for 3 hair treatments. I paid all at once so that I would get a discount. The owner of the store told me this. Once I got there for my first treatment they stuck me with needles 8 times. I never have issues getting blood from my iv. Again they struggled 8 times. I brushed it off and said it’s okay. When they realized they couldn’t stick me. The owner decided to change the procedure to a cheaper one that I did not pay for that did not require an iv. At the moment, I was unaware of this. Again, I went along with it because they seemed friendly enough. After my second procedure, they told me to wait 8 weeks for my last one even though in the beginning they told me each treatment needs to be 4 weeks apart for it to work. Again, I still believed them. That 8 weeks turned into ten because they forgot to schedule me and wouldn’t return my calls. After the ninth week I was diagnosed with cancer. I told the owner about my condition and how i was going to lose my hair anyway. I was hoping to get a refund for just the last treatment. So just my 800 dollars that I paid for treatment that I would not receive anymore. They agreed. However, they would not refund me. I tried for over 4 weeks to get a refund after they initially agreed. Again I did not want a full refund. Just for the one treatment out of 3 that I would not be able to do because of my cancer. Once I finally got a hold of them again. The owner, she picked up the phone and proceeded to yell at me and say it’s my fault that everything is taking so long. After that, she said I would not get a refund and then she said I would only get a refund for 300 dollars because and I quote “the front desk nurse gave you a price for treatment that’s much cheaper than what I usually charge so I fired them.” She then proceeded to tell me how it’s my fault that I got a cheaper price from the front desk and because she needed to make her money back. She kept the majority of my money for the last treatment that I did not receive. I can’t believe she would treat someone with this much disrespect. The owner of this store is a heartless and greedy woman. Please be pick any other place to asthetics. They will not treat you right. Additionally, they will demean you for being diagnosed with a disease you cannot control. Disheartening and disappointing. Please be wary of this place.

I am very impressed with the service I received. I recently moved back to Tennessee after living in Los Angeles for over 20 years. I'm familiar with aesthetic clinics and have to say that my experience with the team at Love Aesthetics and Wellness has been beyond my expectation. The team uses cutting edge technology and uses advanced techniques when it comes to enhancing the male anatomy. I researched the procedures prior to committing and discovered the methods used are advanced for the greater Nashville area and nationally. The procedures I had were virtually painless and the results are beyond my expectation. Everyone involved with the procedures are informative, professional and welcoming. Let me say that I am just over the moon to have found this spa, I did my research before making an appointment and I am so happy to have found them. I have been interested in thread lifts for some time, and I feel like it is the holy grail of the future in beauty and skin rejuvenation. Deborah is an absolute southern angel and her staff are so precious too. They showed me so much grace and encouragement during my experience. You know what they say about marriage, wait for the right one. I will not be going anywhere else, this spa is amazing. I saw instant results, no discomfort afterwards and my skin is glowing. I felt at home with them, and could not stop laughing. It was like sitting with family and talking and laughing and it felt at home. Deborah and her staff show that they are passionate about what they do, and providing the best experience for their patients. Caring is sharing and vice versa.
