Bob Lagrone's Online Review Report Card

I am a Long time patient he has his own infusion center with individual cubicles, provided with recliner chairs, TV, DVD Player, snacks, very knowledgeable registered PAs, nurses, lab, undivided attention. Highly recommend.

Just needed an appointment to get another opinion. When they said they do not take our insurance I said it was no problem, that I'd just pay cash. The receptionist said they don't take cash. I asked why and could not get a sane response. Charge me for an office visit. I'll pay, then I'll see the Dr." She says, "He doesn't do that." This went back and forth for some time, at no point coming to any reasonable communication. Completely insane. Apparently if Dr. Lagrone can't over-bill your insurance he is not interested in helping, even if you're willing to pay cash. My God, what's the difference? Take my $200 or $300 or whatever it is and talk to me for 20 min. I guess he must bill insurance for a LOT more if he's completely unwilling to help in exchange for cash. I remember a time when doctors cared about patients getting well. What a shame. Great system we have here. Literally cannot get advice even if you're willing to pay for it.

It really bothered me today when I called the office of Dr Lagrone.....I’ve never been so disrespected just by asking 1 simple question that is “Hi do you accept United Health Care insurance?”Billing: What kind do you have?Me: United Health CareBilling: That’s not telling me nothing...I CANT HELP YOU!!!!Me: What information do you need?Billing: Your gonna need to call your insurance!Me: can you not tell me??Billing: CLICKHANGS UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE!!!!! I wish and hope this call was recorded.Who does this and how do people get away treating patients like this. I had to call back and talked to a guy in the front office that was very helpful and found out the information for me. So they didn’t take my insurance after all BUT I’m glad they didn’t cuz I wouldn’t wanted to deal with the billing lady ( I THINK her name was Dana or Diana or something like that) VERY RUDE!!!!! Dr Lagrone is an outstanding Dr...been to him in the past. She needs to go!

I've already recommended Dr. LaGrone several times. I leave every appointment in amazement. Other doctors are desperately trying to get away as soon as possible because they see a different patient every 15 minutes. Dr. LaGrone is NOT like that. He has never spent less than an HOUR with me. He explains the pros and cons of prescribed medicines, what they do, and how they work. He not only listens, he answers questions. I'm so glad a friend recommended Dr. LaGrone.

I have been.a patient of Dr. Lagrone and his staff for several yrs now. I don't think I've ever had a complaint. Friendly knowledgeable, and compassionate.

He's very thorough and takes his time with me each visit without rushing through it.

I felt like he really listened to me.

I could not have found a better doctor. From the time we walked thru the door, we felt welcomed. Dr Lagrone was extremely professional also generally cared. I felt the 3 hour trip was worth it.

Dr. Lagrone and his PA are extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, their office staff are rude and condescending, especially the temperamental male that works the front desk. His moods are unpredictable, and you won’t know from one visit to the next which version of him you’ll encounter. His attitude equates to a young, moody, temperamental young woman entering puberty. The woman that handles records appears to be incompetent, and doesn’t understand the most simplistic requests. If Dr. Lagrone hired better office staff, with better comprehension and communication skills, he’d have a 5 star practice.
