Very easy to get first appointment. 8 weeks to get a colonoscopy is horrible .

I received a colonoscopy by Dr Inglis on Jan 6 2023. He was a very good doctor and very attentive. My problem is with the billing. My colonoscopy was preventative and therefore should be covered by insurance. Dr Inglis portion was covered but I received a 400.00 bill from his pathologist. When I call Mary Allen's pathology office to ask why I was told that they are out of network for Cigna insurance. She advised me that Dr Inglis is aware of this and that they ask him if he wants them to forward his Cigna patients to another pathologist that is in network and would be covered and he told them no. He is making a financial decision for his patients without even asking them or telling them they are going to be billed. I wanted to discuss this with Dr Inglis office but none of his numbers will allow you to discuss billing except with Ascension. I will ask my doctor to never recommend him again based on this. They were very prompt and nice. I wish I had seen Dr Inglis when I got my colonoscopy last year. But from now on he will be my doctor. Thanks

He figured out that the COVID vaccine had infected the colon past the walls. He worked on me for several weeks. Not sure another Doctor would have found it. He is very nice!

Excellent staff throughout the entire visit. Dr. Inglis was tremendous and welcoming to me as a new patient.

My husband and I both see him and love him he is so nice and compassionate. He has tried hard to figure out my gut issues and what's causing all my problems. So glad to have him as my Dr.

Dr.Inglis is pretty good he can be forgetful at times (due to a a lot of patients) but what doctor isn’t these days; However great Doctor non the less, and even so Best GI I’ve ever had. His nurses are horrible. If you ever call or on the portal they don’t care what the portal is actually used for… which is to to message your doctor. They just pretty much treat you like a number and tell you to get an appointment. If Doctor Inglis writes back on the portal you can tell he cares more. He is much more involved and cares for his patients. But if Sarah Potter writes you forget it. She will ignore your entire message and just say get a appointment. There is a big difference for someone who just does it for the money and someone who cares. Thank you Dr. Inglis for caring!!
