Centennial Heart CenterHad visit today via Telemed. Excellent preparation by physician's nurse prior to my visit. This allowed my physician time to study my medication profile prior to his visit, it also allowed me time to express a concern about one of my meds. This issue was resolved by Dr, Hiatas on this visit. Excellent communications.

An email I sent to him. I had seen him the previous year and things went ok. This year's follow up visit however... ------------- Addressed To: HAITAS,BYRON I had a telehealth visit lined up at 2:45 on 3/22. *I* was on time. I followed instructions and arrived early and filled out the form and waited in the video waiting room. Then some 25 minutes past the appointment I get a call from someone representing you. They wanted all the vitals and things I did on the apparently pointless, form. They said they'd call me very soon. It is now 4:20. No call via DUO, the agreed upon method, has been attempted. No call via the phone has been attempted. I'd like an explanation. --------------------------- The nurse actually called at 4:35. Too late for me to have the visit. I was working. Dr, Haitas's office did not respond or call to apologize. I will not be seeing him again.

My visits are always excellent. I have been a patient of his for almost 25 years and I don't have any complaints. He also has an excellent staff as well.

Outstanding Cardioligist. Follow up to a hospital stay for surgery. Had some cardiac issues and Dr. Haitus was at the hospital every day and was on the phone to hospital staff at all hours of the night. I would highly recommend!

Very simple , Dr. Byron Haitas is more than a doctor. He is a professional physician in every sense of the word.He has been my doctor for many years and in him my family found a needed friend.Blessings,D.G.Hanscomb

I have been a patient of Dr. Haitas since approximately 2003 and as victim of continued Congestive Heart Failure as well as addiction to opiates, he has treated me through all of my life's twists and turns. I trust Dr. Haitas with my life as well as the lives of all my family members that need his attention. I've been clean and sober now almost 10 years and I have to say that my life change might not happened without his help. Through a number of heart caths and one open heart surgery he's been there for me. My CHF has advanced to the end stage of life and Dr. Haitas has referred me to Dr. Johnston in his practice to start more heroic efforts to save my life. I think I'll miss his dry sense of humor more than anything. Most seasoned, intelligent, experienced Cardiologist. You will live longer if you follow his sage advice.
