very understand and helpful!
Great people. They actually listen to help you through your “issues”. Nothing negative to say. Amanda Norton and Dr Arora are the real deal
This process is such a joke. They send me emails that give me 1 appointment time, I show up 3 mins late, but the meeting was at a different time. Don’t waste your money trying to deal w this process. All of their employees also work from their bed. It’s super odd and unprofessional.
online appointment was smooth and easy and amanda norton was super friendly and helpful :)
Felt very comfortable with and cared about by my provider
I had one appointment in early May and I kept getting appointment confirmations for different times and could not get ahold of anyone to confirm what time. They ended up moving it to an hour later than I had planned. I had another appointment scheduled this week, originally for 5:30pm but they changed it to 5pm. Then on the day of, I received an email that the time had been changed from 4pm (yes, 4, no idea when it had been changed to 4) to 1:45pm without warning. I was at work so not able to attend. I called three times, got voicemail after waiting ~10 mins each time, and sent multiple emails/messages, with no responses. My card was pre-charged for this appointment and I’ve yet to hear back if the charge will be removed. I really liked the provider I saw, but the hassle of scheduling and not being able to get ahold of anyone is not worth it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
