My doctor submitted a referral to see Dr. Shaba. I waited 6 days to allow for processing. I called and talked to Kendra, who: 1) Talked on top of me after about 20 seconds of the start of the call 2) Refused to listen to me when I was inquiring why Dr. Shaba was listed as in-network with my insurance 3) Hang up on me as I was speaking A doctor is as good as her staff. If the Dr. cannot ensure her frontline staff can treat people with dignity, then she is not a good Dr. Period.

She has Very poor Suturing Skills. My 1.25 inch wound was not well approximated. Other small skin tag that she removed was not left flat at all. In addition, she has unlicensed staff call positive Cancer Results to you. She's nice, but that's not nearly as important.

Dr. Shaba is pleasant, professional, and efficient. She made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I saw Dr Shaba at her new office location. The staff at Traceside is like no other! I felt welcome, was relaxing and Dr Shaba answered all my questions. The spot I was concerned about was fine but she did find some precancers she froze off. SO glad i found this caring office!
