My bride is now going to the Mt. Juliet location. She absolutely loves it. As her dementia was progressing it became necessary for me to look for some support. GNRC and Centennial have been an absolute blessing!

I just love Centennial Adult Care. They are very strict but, they have their hands full. I take my LO everyday. The staff is very friendly and understanding the lunch is really good my LO said he really enjoys the devotion hr eating and playing cards. Super nice and clean.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. A great place to work. If I had to go to an adult facility it would be here. If I had to take my loved one someplace it would be here. I highly recommend this place.

Top notch care, well structured, loving and caring staff. We visited to serve while on a mission trip to Nashville and had the pleasure to serve here. It was worth it! Music, daily devotions, exercise, home cooked meals! The staff are top notch and serve with nurturing and professional care. 🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️✌️😁👍

It's a daycare. It's a place for working caregivers to bring their senior family member or friend while they go to work, take a day off. I'm sure they could always use volunteer help. Thank God for caring folks.
