I was at first skeptical of a therapist that worked for such a large corporation, like I was just a number. My previous therapist was independent, but now I don't feel like it makes any difference who is listening to me. As long as there is some reaction and conversation, a good "vibe", any therapy is good for the soul.

I am a new client and I was impressed from the start. Another client referred me, as I am new to the area & needed a new provider & therapist. Everyone from the front office, to the doctor, therapist, pharmacy have been wonderful. The definition of efficient. I called around for months looking for someone that took TN Care United insurance & thankfully they do! They even have case workers that call after appointments for quality / follow up & offer support. I genuinely have no complaints.
