Dr Lohrey will charge you even if you cancel in advance. Charge extra to send a prescription if you’re out of town, she missed several illnesses I had. She cancels any time she wishes. Don’t use her as your Dr. Staff is unprofessional.

My experience was excellent. I was received with a welcoming smile and immediate intake for my annual checkup which was absolutely detailed from head to toe! Dr Lohrey went over all my medical history ,medications ,any conditions or concerns and advice for any questions I had since my last visit.

I went went for years. But today(1-25-2023), I was spoke to on the phone by GRACE like a nobody and with zero respect as a patient over a $50.00 rescheduling appointment. In which I sent a message 2 days before on their portal and called the next day just to make sure my message was received. After being RUDELY spoken to by GRACE and told the doctor would NOT speak to me. I asked if anybody was a above her because we wasn’t coming to a resolution. She told me NOBODY WAS ABOVE HER. I told her at that moment. I no longer wanted their services and will change my physician to another practice. She said great and fine. Furthermore, my last appointment the nurse practitioner I was seeing for about 7 years abruptly left and they assigned me to an NP that wasn’t certified in my network which left me with a 200.00+ doctor bill. So the RUDENESS from GRACE compounded with the most recent incident left me with no choice to seek services elsewhere. This was the first time I had to reschedule to to personal reasons.
