Dr Christopher Mascarenhas is so wonderful he treat his patients so good he explains everything to you and takes his time and answers any questions you may have I have been dealing with a fistula tracts for over 10 years and no other doctors would do much of anything until I seen Dr Christopher Mascarenhas and he taken good care of me I’m very grateful and blessed to have him as my doctor… if you need to see a colon doctor I would definitely go and see him he will take care of you…..

Dr. Mascarenhas is a great surgeon. I’d recommend him. I wished he was closer to the Ohio Valley. I was very sad when he left Wheeling hospital

Amazing is the first thing that comes to mind. Over a year span, he saved my life. I had a colon rupture and a very large abscess. He performed surgery and removed a 1/3 of my colon which left me with a colostomy but over the next several months he rebuilt and reconnected me. I am now all better and fully healed. He always called my wife after each surgery/procedure and gave her the exact details. He was so patient and had the best bedside manner. He would always see me right before each surgery (3 plus) and always put me at ease and made me comfortable before going into surgery. will never forget how wonderful he was to me and my family. Thank you!
