Clarendale At Indian Lake's Online Review Report Card

This is a very nice place for my Momma. The staff is so friendly.

I love Clarendale its so clean and beautiful. Workers are so friendly. But I just didn't like how the elevators made me feel unsafe they were stopping and the doors kept opening on the 4th floor so I couldn't go down to the 1st floor. I got off and got on another one. Other than that I love the place.

I am an undercover investigator working on a Netflix documentary and choose this facility to be apart of this investigation and to go behind the scenes to educate the public on these facilities. I would warn anyone on using large facilities such as the Clarendale. It is easy for someone's family member to be forgotten or lost in a facilities of this size. There is not enough staff to patient ratio or resident here to accommodate the needs of everyone. Although there is camera's in place throughout the facilities, there is major glitches in the system. My desire is to educate families on the safety and costly outcomes of these types of business.

My mother, Joann, had such good assistance by Trudy today. She helped her shop for groceries and was so kind. Scott, the van driver, is always so thoughtful too. With me being out of state, it is a great comfort to know of so many kindnesses by the Clarendale staff. This is just the latest. Thank you Clarendale!

This is an amazing place with wonderful staff! I had the pleasure of performing my close-up magic at their holiday party, and had a great time!

We were shocked at how nice Clarendale was on our initial visit. The place is well kept, inside and out and the staff is nice and accommodating. We were especially impressed with some of the staff in the memory care side where my mom is. Maddie Owen sought us out and engaged with us. She was very attentive. Judi was also great. She answered several questions for us while we were there, and she was always working. I feel this is directly related to the leadership and management of the memory care director, Becky Neal. I am very happy and less anxious having mom at this awesome facility.
