Crossroads chiropractic truly is a special place. I started going for low back pain and received more than just relief of my back pain. The chiropractors truly care about their patients and the entire staff is kind and welcoming!

I have been going to Crossroads for 2.5 years now! It is a highlight of my week. I always leave feeling better and feeling cared about. Could not recommend more!!

Since becoming a patient 3&1/2 years ago, I sleep better, have less migraines, have been able to move more & overall feel so much better. I never went to a chiropractor before - the “twist & crack” technique terrified me. Here at Crossroads Chiropractic they use a different approach. They use the torque release technique. It’s amazing & I highly recommend you give them a try. You’ll fall on love!!

I have been to several chiropractors over the years. Always feeling less than impressed with my care as well as the “sales pitch” feel with a promise of dramatic over night health changes. Crossroads has been different from the start! There are no walls filled with hundreds of supplements, tons of equipment everywhere or someone on the TV selling you the place you’re already coming to. ( I wish this was made up— but I have seen it all). The initial process includes muscular and neurological scans of your spine which are super informative! I also see a PT and have had numerous occasions where she notices some tightness and it shows up on my scans in the office which is neat to see. I originally came to them during third pregnancy for overall health but also for optimal positioning for baby! It was super important to me that I found an office that could do Webster’s Technique which they do :) I had a great pregnancy and never felt like they took a “ once size fits all” approach to my care. I would come in on certain weeks and be feeling more tightness or aching and they took the time to work on it— not just adjusting me but also holding and stretching certain ligaments which really helped me! I had a great birth and baby was in an optimal position for the birth :) I am now postpartum and have had the same continuity of care. My whole family now comes which is a big deal because I have NEVER felt comfortable or confident enough in an office to onboard my family. All of the Doctors are kind and really have a passion for what they are doing. They truly care and I have never once just felt like another “ number” to them. As far as adjustments go. Their approach really helps me. I am someone who has a hard time getting pain to budge no matter what I try and do. I have come to them with a migraine and it significantly improved after an adjustment. My husband, who deals with a lot of chronic back pain, is also is super impressed with their attention and awareness of the body. He usually goes in and doesn’t always communicate the level of pain he is feeling but has told me they found all of his tension points without even communicating them. So thankful to have found a great office and team to care for our family! Thanks y’all :)

Dr J and Dr K are great! In just a few visits my pain has significantly reduced to the point I am able to sleep all night and I don’t need meds all the time to control the pain. The staff is always pleasant and seem genuinely happy to see the patients. I have never waited more than 10 minutes even if I was early for my appointment. I so glad a friend recommended them.
