I cannot say enough good things about Renee and Cultivate! I began seeing Renee in 2022 for infertility. I continued to see her through two early miscarriages until I became pregnant with my son a year and a half later. Renee is such a calming presence and always helps you feel validated and well cared for. Renee helped me through my struggles with infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss and the many tests and procedures I had prior to conceiving my son. She is so knowledgable when it comes to hormones, a healthy menstrual cycle, infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, labor, and birth. I have no doubt that the lifestyle and diet recommendations from Renee and the acupuncture treatments I received greatly contributed not only to a successful conception but also my healthy pregnancy and delivery! At the end of my third trimester, I was able to squeeze in two visits with Renee to hopefully encourage labor and my baby was born a few days later, without interventions, just as I dreamed. If you are thinking of trying acupuncture, the team at Cultivate are amazing and extremely invested in helping you reach your goals, whatever they may be. I cannot thank Renee enough for helping regulate my menstrual cycles, decrease my anxiety, and for being such a kind person during the hardest and saddest times of my life. After 4 years of chronic nausea and hormonal issues, Dr. Renee took the time not only to just listen to everything I had to say, but work with me over the course of a few months to find the root cause. My quality of life has completely changed since coming to see Dr. Renee and I can't recommend her and her practice enough.

It's been about a year of accupuncture treatments with Renee. I was having terrible periods and severe cramping that lasted days at a time. Ibuprofen wouldn't help and I was miserable. After my gynecologist wanted to put me on birth control to help alleviate symptoms, I decided to look for something else as I did not want to be on birth control. I didn't want something to just mask the symptoms. I wanted to fix my issues. Renee recommended a hormone test which gave us lot of answers and insight as to what was going on. She recommended supplements to help balance my hormones. It's been a few months of consistently taking the supplements and I've had minimal cramping at the start of my last 3 cycles. My excruciating pain and heatpads are gone! I feel great thanks to Renee!
