I was referred to Dr. Choma by my cardiologist. He explained what tests he needed to do and why. He was extremely thorough and professional. He took his time answering questions and reviewing my test results. As a medical professional myself; I was very satisfied and recommend him.

When I was a pre-dialysis patient Dr.Choma was decent in office but now as a current hemodialysis patient he does not show empathy or compassion for patients. We are treated like oil changes in the clinic. We are charged $950 for a "visit" which consists of less than a minute of time, just asking "how are you doing?, Fine? Okay have a good day." Blood levels go down to critical levels and he does nothing about them and the patient has to demand to be treated. I'm disgusted with the care given.
