Good individualized care. Dr Derek truly takes time to figure out the right treatment plan for your needs. It's not the "one size fits all" adjustment we had previously been used to. Everyone here is so nice a you can tell they truly want to help. I've been so happy with the practice so far. Having been familiar with previous years of chiropractics work, I didn't feel I needed the pre-adjustment therapies that initially were recommended. It was no problem and I just go in and get adjusted every couple of weeks. Definitely has helped me work through some shoulder and back issues I was struggling with.

I recently had an amazing chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Derek, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Derek took the time to listen to my concerns and explained each step of the process thoroughly. The adjustment itself was incredible. I felt immediate relief and a sense of alignment that I hadn't experienced in a long time. His expertise and gentle approach made all the difference. If you're looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about your well-being, Dr. Derek is the one to see!

Called prior to make if the appointment to see if they took Cigna Which is a major insurance carrier. She had said “we take all major insurance carriers”. I asked her to run my insurance over the phone just to be sure and she said she couldn’t. Again, she assured me that she took all major insurance However, when I showed up for the appointment, she said she doesn’t take my Insurance. A wasted trip it doesn’t seem like they care much.

The whole team at Dixon Center is amazing! So friendly and helpful. Dr. Derek always made my concerns feel heard and I left every appointment feeling so much better. Left the Nashville area and already missing the clinic and team. Highly recommend.

Dixon Center has an awesome team. From the doctors to the chiropractor, and front office. Everyone is friendly and the facility is comfortable. My back was hurting and I was going to go to the ER. I called Dixon Center and they got me in immediately. They made some adjustments to my back, put me on a plan. My back felt like new after I left that day. Thank you Dixon Center.

Heather is the best doctor experience that I have ever had. I am currently overcoming long-term mold exposure. In the past year I have been to the ER 5 times (St Thomas x 3, Vandy x 2) and she's by far the most knowledgeable health professional that I have met. She is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She is friendly and I feel comfortable opening up with my health concerns. I am so glad to find a PCP I trust!

The whole fam goes and we’ve had work done by the entire staff it seems. They’re all great. The culture and atmosphere they’ve built on top of the experienced staff really sets them apart from other practices.

Neck pain has made it difficult to cycle and run. Dr Hannah and her staff have done a great job getting me adjusted and healthy. I’m riding 40 miles at a time and able to be much healthier now that I am aligned and stronger. If you have not tried chiropractic care, this place is the place to start.
