Bad experience at the clinic this Saturday..the receptionist was so rude I was asking her some questions a she said ..you ask so many dumb questions I was like you’re the one who works in the clinic..but the doctor was so nice and the nurse but the customer services was so rude I hope they can get another receptionist next time and nice with the patients

I started on the pills in oct, I've lost 11 pounds every month I go. I started at 267 and I'm down to 220Ibs as of today. My goal is 199. I love them when I say if ur trying to lose weight this is the best place to go.

Be aware that this company will turn you away during business hours. I was told they were not taking anymore patients on that day. This is also a problem since they don't offer appointments.

Arrived at 530pm receptionist 1 was rude and dramatic when acting like she was to busy to give instructions on paper work. Receptionist 2 addressed us, gave paper work to us to complete to get in the appointment rotation. Turned paper work in. 545pm . Continued to wait. receptionist 1 says our packet of paper work needs 2 more forms filled out that were not included. 6pm, So we did that. Sat clip board infront of receptionist 1 on counter(6 inches from here face) 605pm. She ignored the clip board 6 inches infront of for an hr. After 7 other customers came and went, i asked how much longer the wait would be. Receptionist 1 looks at the clip board directly at eye level infront of her and says "oh i didnt see this" " I can't get you to see the doctor until I have these". This was at 7:00 p.m. and I still was not in rotation to see the doctor. If you expect to see the doctor and not put up with egotistical and immature Petty receptionist attitudes and unprofessionalism please visit another location.

This is the best location to go to. Everyone that works there are fast and friendly. The doctor explains everything to you very well so you know what you need to do, which vitamins to take, what foods to eat, etc. I recommend this place and location to anyone.
