Dr. Drew Reynolds is very thorough. Surgery isn't an easy decision but sometimes very necessary. I love his thoroughness and willingness to answer any questions that you may have. At times, it may cause him to run a little behind on his schedule. When choosing to have someone cut on you, you want someone who knows what he/she are doing and care enough to make sure you understand the process. Dr. Reynolds is that surgeon!

Dr Reynolds is the best in the business. He takes time to explain things in detail. He even drew pictures to help explain. He is kind and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients. I will always recommend him to anyone needing surgery.

I am very pleased with how my Gallbladder surgery and recovery went. Dr. Reynolds was thorough with explanations of the surgery and open to questions I asked. He’s a caring and excellent surgeon! The nurses and other staff were also efficient and friendly. The only negative thing I have to post is that I waited an unreasonable amount of time to be called and then to be seen the two times I had appointments. I do understand that he’s just that busy, but improving waiting time would make a positive difference.

Dr. Reynolds is a very thorough and conscientious physician. Excellent communication! I found follow-up after surgery not so good. No one called as I was told someone would. Instructions of Post OP was given while was still recovering from anesthesia. Other than that the surgery went very well. Post Operation communication needs to be super improved.
