The Dr is always so friendly and patient. We drive two hours to this dentist because you can tell she truly cares. The office is very clean and kid friendly

I must say that I am truly honored with noodle dentist and the entire staff department s/o to noodle nurse she always make noodle feel very comfortable and they have you in and out within a timely manner today was a big procedure day for noodle and it went amazing THANK YOU

My 3-year-old (and I) had a great experience at ENPD for her very first dentist appointment. The staff was incredibly kind and made every effort to make her first trip to the dentist easy, stress-free and fun. What's more, I was having some issues with my insurance prior to the appointment and their staff insurance specialist made every effort to help me get it straightened out so we could use our benefits and get my daughter's teeth checked out! I'm glad to have such a great pediatric dentist in East Nashville!

I’ll start this by saying we LOVE Dr.Sandidge so this is kind of a bummer. I’ve sent friends and family, we’ve up until now had such a wonderful experience at this practice, however I’m super dissapointed at their policy of if you don’t confirm your appointment they cancel your appointment. I’m a busy working mom, and don’t always have my phone. If I have an appointment scheduled it’s in my calendar. Today I took my kids out of school, they missed 2 hours. Their appointments were in my calendar from their last visit. I’m not great at keeping up with texts and voicemails especially if I’m working and they get lost. Our nanny brought both kids in and was told that since it wasn’t confirmed they gave away their appointments but could get them in an hour after their original time. (They needed to get back to school hence why they had an early appointment). I told her to leave and I’d reschedule. She asked them for a note that they were at the office since they need a note to return to school, and they wouldn’t give her one since dr. Sandidge didn’t see them. They now have missed their appointments and have unexcused late days. Super dissapointing.

Dr. Sandridge is amazing. She’s very patient and kind with the kids and cares deeply about the work that she does and her patients. The office is clean and has a nice refreshing atmosphere.Everybody here is so nice and kind. If you care about the care that your kid receives east Nashville pediatrics is the perfect dentist for you and your family .
