Elizabeth Lyons's Online Review Report Card

I've seen Dr. Lyons for a few years. She always takes my concerns and questions seriously, and never rushes. She is as accommodating as any physician I have seen for any purpose. She is also pleasant, sincere, and caring. I always know she has my back!

Dr. Lyons is extremely knowledgeable and helped me immediately get on some medication that improved my condition greatly. She spoke with me at length about my history and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her office staff has helped navigate difficulties with my insurance company, and got me into a program to receive my medication for free until their third appeal was accepted for coverage. They then helped set me up on a copay card program as well. I'm really pleased with the care I receive here. Dr. Lyons and her assistant "Rashan" have been pretty amazing for me in the last year I have been a patient of hers. Dr. Lyons looks me dead in the eye in every appointment taking notes, and never rushing me out the door. She is humble, kind, and I have never detected any arrogance, cynicism, or stoicism in her. I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Lyons and I love her and her staff. Every appt/interaction (via portal/phone/in person) has been extremely thorough, efficient and just overall wonderful. The 1st time I saw her she did a full body exam, then sat down with her computer and told me to start from the beginning. She actually sat there patiently listening, typing, asking questions- all while looking directly at me. I felt like she truly cared. She, Lisa and Rashad are always on top of everything. The response time is almost immediate and I am just so grateful to my other amazing specialist for referring me to her. I work in a doctor's office and am very aware of how providers/mds can become jaded, cold, annoyed by the craziness of some patients requests and actions, but she doesn't seem to be that way in the least. Dr Lyons and her entire staff are very professional and extremely helpful. I’m so glad to find a specialist that has a caring and such calm demeanor. She listens and does what’s necessary to serve her patients and tries to keep them comfortable.
