Dr. Toya White is the best In the business. Was going to another chiropractor for months without any relief. I found Dr.White through a referral and she spent 2hrs with me to find the issue and corrected the herniated disk within the first visit and and I’ve been on the road to recovery with easy weekly visits to get me back to 💯. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want someone that will take the time at each visit to make sure you get fixed! She’s the only choice in Nashville and only person I will ever see moving forward

I’ve been going to Dr. Courtney Simon throughout my whole pregnancy. Words cannot describe how much better she made me feel during my journey. Not only is she thoughtful and a great human being, but she is amazing at what she does. Now that my little one is here she is getting adjusted by Courtney also and that experience went smooth and eased all my concerns for baby. I went to Evergreen Chiropractic at the referral of my birth doula when I found out my baby was breech at 34 weeks pregnant. Dr. Courtney was amazing. Incredibly gentle, flexible around my schedule, and her treatment was completely effective - my baby flipped into head down position that very night! The facilities and atmosphere are calming, and also very kid-friendly and I look forward to all my follow-ups because I come away feeling more relaxed and calm from my treatments every time. Embodied Breastfeeding was such a Godsend! I took my 1 week old to one of the sessions and it helped significantly in our breastfeeding journey. She had a small tie which was making breastfeeding uncomfortable. I was given different tools and myofunctional exercises to practice at home with her. Through continued support with CFT and Meghan’s work, we were able to avoid a release and I’ve continued breastfeeding 14+ months now. Dr. Brittney and Meghan are wonderful practitioners. I owe a lot to them— especially their guidance in holistic health as a new mom. Made all the difference in decisions I made for my daughter. I’m now almost due with a baby boy, and I will surely be taking him to one of the classes as soon as possible.

Evergreen Chiropractic has been truly life changing! Dr. Brittany and Meghan have taught me the true meaning of health that I will hold onto forever. Their Embodied Breastfeeding Class saved our breastfeeding journey! Having a baby with tongue/lip ties and reflux almost stopped our breastfeeding all together. They taught me about oral function, body tension, how to naturally support my baby, and so much about breastfeeding! After a few classes and Mother/Baby CFT sessions, I had a completely different baby and breastfeeding was a dream! Getting CFT and oral work/breastfeeding help at the same time is magical.
