I have been going to Lori for 6 months in preparation for my wedding and she always does such a great job! She very knowledgeable about the services and products and always makes me feel comfortable, even when trying new things!! I definitely recommend Face Foundrie in the Gulch and Lori specifically!!

Facial was okay, but do not waste your money on the scalp massage … it was a 5 minute touch of the scalp, so I feel like I wasted money.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD! Do not waste your time booking with Face Foundrie! Extremely unprofessional will call two days before an appointment to reschedule, and DAY OF to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional and unable to manage their appointments. Will charge you if you are late though. If you want to get a service done here make sure your whole day is clear because they will change your appointment multiple times. Do not waste your time!

I do the monthly membership and it is actually my favorite part of the month. I never really got facials before and randomly started and aside from the skin and health benefits it is just a great way to treat yourself and relax without screentime. The staff is so friendly and Katie A. is amazing.

Katie is literally amazing!!! I’ve been EVERYWHERE in Nashville for a lash lift and she is the only one that can lift my lashes. She is the sweetest, kindest human ever. BOOK HER! She’s so talented.
