She was a nice person. Didn't get much feedback from her though except when I was confused about the dates I took alprazolam. I feel some of the doctors I've seen here in Nashville seem to be more suspicious about their patients just wanting medications for pleasure rather than support. That's what im experiencing. I find that very insulting.

Easy connecting via Telemedicine. Dr. Wheeler is great. Listens well and responds in such a way that I feel heard. Reception staff also helpful when I have phoned or called

It was good…. Until a scheduling issue left me without an appointment for almost two months and a lack of communication on their part left me without no refills of my medication. And this billing is horrendous. It’s never right. And all anyone can say is sorry. Nothing gets fixed. No one has reached out. Nothing.

I am a current patient with Family Care Center, I currently use them for therapy but have also been seem for TMS Therapy. The staff is always friendly and willing to take extra time to explain things or to hear concerns. I cannot recommend FCC enough and hope to use them for years to come!
