Well I am officially 6 weeks post rhinoplasty and the confidence I feel now in myself is such an amazing feeling, I never thought I could feel confident with my side profile and the appearance of my nose in general so I cannot thank Dr. Gilpin and his staff enough. The pre-surgery and post-surgery bedside care was exceptional and I never had any doubt that I was receiving the best care. The staff were all extremely responsive and helpful when I had any questions during the recovery process and at my post-op appointment. Dr. Gilpin’s work is absolutely beautiful. He made sure that all of my concerns were addressed while ensuring that the results were natural - and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Gilpin’s and his staff’s thoroughness and compassion from the the consultation, to the pre-op appointment, to surgery day, and to post-op is everything I was looking for when I decided to get rhinoplasty and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Gilpin as my surgeon.

Dr. Gilpin and his staff treated me wonderfully throughout my treatment. I was more than pleased with the results of my facelift. This was something I had wanted to do for years and I am happy that I trusted Dr. Gilpin to perform the surgery. Everything was explained fully with more than enough opportunities for me to ask questions and voice concerns. It was a positive experience.

While I was a bit frustrated with my initial experience, the Gilpin team did an amazing job hearing that disappointment and making the situation right. Not only for me, but for future clients! I went in for a consultation on a procedure that I was quickly told I was unsuited for. The office now has you send a photo before your consultation, preventing the patient from spending money on an appointment to discuss an operation that won’t give them results, and saving wasted time on both ends! Additionally, everyone at Dr. Gilpin’s office is so kind and professional. They make you surprisingly comfortable in a situation that feels very personal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking facial improvement.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Gilpin & he agreed my outcome was not favorable yet the only solution he offered was a revision under local anesthesia for an additional 3,000 on top of what I had already paid (included a 1,700 procedure fee). When I questioned local anesthesia he said he “may not be the guy for me” since I was “being picky”. I felt as though he was struggling to keep his eyes open while speaking with me. If I could go back in time, I would have chosen a different surgeon. I have had consultations to get a revision with other surgeons & they deemed my nose “botched/crooked”.

10/10 experience!! I had my first appointment with Maddy for botox treatment for TMJ pain and I'm so happy that a friend of mine referred me to Gilpin! Maddy walked me through every step of the process and the front staff were very kind and informative.
