The staff was extremely professional, I had a little hiccup with scheduling and they immediately fixed the issue. Dr. Hatef was able to answer my questions and explain in detail. He was professional and made me feel very comfortable. The office is very clean, easy to locate with enough parking. I will definitely come back to follow up with Dr. Hatef and his staff.

Keri was thorough, informative, upfront with cost, willing to do as little or as much of the work desired in one or several apts. So pleased with what she did. The threads…..not offered in IA at this time, were unbelievable. Even if they did offer in IA, Keri is your go to TN girl ❤️ Her entire staff, especially her assistant is top notch. Thank you!!

I had surgery a couple of days ago at Dr. Hatef’s office and it went so smoothly! He is such a talented cosmetic surgeon and pays a lot of attention to detail. His nurses and office staff are kind and attentive. He is so positive and encouraging and look forward to my wonderful results! Thanks Dr. Hatef
