⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Care and Professional Service I cannot express enough gratitude to the Health Care Center at Richland Place for the exceptional care they provided to my brother-in-law. From the moment he arrived, we were met with an incredible level of professionalism and dedication from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being, always displaying warmth, compassion, and expertise. The facilities are top-notch, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to support recovery. The personalized care plans, attentive nurses, and skilled therapists made a significant difference in my brother-in-law's rehabilitation journey. Their commitment to delivering high-quality care is truly commendable. We are extremely grateful for the positive experience we had at Richland Place and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long-term care. Thank you for making a challenging time much easier for our family.

I have only praise for Richland Place health care center. Their staff, nurses and doctors treat my parents with kindness and dignity. It's very clean and smells good and the food in the dining room is tasty and the same that is served to the residents. Check them out!

This facility is amazing!!! I am an RN and very picky about things. Everyone from the Director to the housekeeping staff have been welcoming and very warm to my mother and the family. The care she has received has been amazing.

The facility is nice, very understaffed causing some of the care team to be frustrated and short tempered. The charge nurse Indiana is very difficult to reach at any time. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced in the cafeteria.

After five horrible SNFs around Nashville This was the only place that has adequate staff to respond to patient in a relatively timely manner. The food is edible, a step above hospital food. Most of the staff are kind. Many other SNFs are severely understaffed and have rude nurses who hate their jobs. Most of the people here seem to be trying their best. It’s not perfect but s as far as these places go I don’t think it gets much better unless you can afford to go fully private.

All things considered Richland is a Wonderful Place. I am grateful that I was treated there.

Richland is a beautiful place and the staff are nice. But they are so short staffed the care patients receive is unfortunately terrible. My friend has sit in her waste for hours before they will clean her. The care givers are so burned out it causes them to be short and impatient. I have heard multiple times patients call out for help because no one comes to check on them. I truly feel they want to be better but it’s not currently happening.

This facility almost killed my loved one. We had asked for a UTI screening no less than 3 times to which they were all “supposedly negative”. Meanwhile, my grandmother’s condition got progressively worse. It finally got to the point where she had to be taken to the hospital. Upon admission her levels to indicate a UTI diagnosis were THROUGH THE ROOF!! How did Richland miss this as she was there for weeks??? The staff we had the displeasure to interact with were disrespectful, unwilling to listen to our concerns, and overall apathetic.

My husband has been here following a stroke. I had some fear and worry about him being in a snf. He has had wonderful care so far and the Cnas get an A+ I think a lot of the employees have been there awhile which says a lot.

I suppose Richland Place gets a negative overall rating because most people only leave ratings when they have something to complain about, but my mother is here for several weeks because of a pelvic fracture, and she and our family could not be more pleased. Everyone is kind, accommodating, helpful, and skilled at what they do. She loves the food, the caring staff, and the beautiful environment. I would definitely recommend the Health Care Center at Richland Place.
