Abuses children, horrible food, horrible people, horrible beds, so fake, bad therapist, bad doctors but good nurses when they feel like being nice they did not give me my meds when I needed them (after I eat breakfast) cause I will throw up if I don’t eat before.

Hi my name is Walter I was at Hermitage Hall for a year and I was ok the staff was very nice and the school was great it helped me out so much.The cook's were very nice and polite.I could have never been so happy in my life you guys helped me out so much.

Hello! Joshua Wenning from Unit All-stars 1. I had the worst time ever, I was bullied, I didn't get a lot of help, and most of all the people there were more traumatizing than helping. EVEN THE STAFF WERE STICKING UP FOR SOME KIDS WHO WERE BEING THE AGGRESSOR! do not send your child here!! I repeat, do not!! your child will be traumatized more than helped, and whoever is sending five stars needs to wake up now! THIS PLACE IS BAD.

I'm not impressed with this place at all. My brother went for a full year with no improvement maybe even worse then when he came out. They basically said they couldn't help him anymore and kicked him to the curb. If your looking for good treatment this is not the place.

I was a patient here for about a year and what I can tell you about this place is that it's utterly terrible.I stayed in monarch 1 and the Unit was discusting, especially the bathrooms they would leak and had worms at the bottom of the showers and we had to wear shoes while bathing.When I was also there lice was going around and they did not handle it well.When and got out i STILL had it and had to spend so much money ion lice treatment.The staff were terrible exept for a handful of them like mrs.BB and my therapist Mrs.anna.Most of the staff would curse at kids and would not do anything about kids bullying other kids and would put themselves in petty drama with literal children.But most of all I felt bad for the little kids in Phoenix.They were all under the age of 12 and staff would put them in holds and do nothing about kids being mistreated.whatever you do, do not send your kid here they will come out more traumatized then before.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE WAIT FOR ANOTHER RESIDENTIAL TO ACCEPT YOUR CHILD. last summer I was sent it was a complete waste of my time. I completely got better through the care of another residential called Timberline knolls which I recommend if your choosing a residential for your child. In the two week span I was at hermitage hall before my parents pulled me out two fights happened right in front of me. It was extremely unsanitary all of our hygiene in the my unit was placed in a wooden war drobe like thing which made all of my hygiene products smell because of the moist environment. Also I got bed bugs or some sort of bites I had red bites all over my neck which I did not have pre going there. The water fountain on our unit was broken I was always thirsty even though I asked for water. The way the staff disciplined some of us was by just screaming “shutup”. Only 30 minutes of group therapy a day as a group and a few individual therapy’s a week was usually cut off because of chaos. Phone calls to our parents were constantly delayed and when my parents tried to call the front desk not once did they pick up. This place needs to shutdown its underfunded and quite frankly abusive.

I was an employee here for about 2 months. I quit because everything went against my Morals. Children are abused, while being in a place that's supposed to help them heal from their trauma. They are always severely understaff. Children are abusing other children, staff are using their power to physically and emotionally abused the children. I filed a report but nothing was done. Do not send your child here! There are better and safer options. I pray one day this place and UHC is shut down. They do not care about the children. They care about the money, and only about the money!

It’s nasty it has roaches and rats My son has been there seven months has Braces and they still haven’t took him to the dentist!

I didnt want to be another post patient who dumps on the facility because of a bad experience. But I need to warn you. There are kids (9-13) specifically boys when I stayed that were physically harmed. These same little boys who are in a sexual therapuetic center retraumatized each other due to lack of suprevison. The ENTIRE plaace is unorganized. The doctor is a joke. She didnt diagnose me or fix my meds. Literally just upped them if I said I didnt think it was a good fit. They lie to you, gaslight you, manipulative you, degrade you. The food is pretty bad most days. Breakfest is always good. Please PLEASE do not send your kid here if its not for behavioural purposes because ITS NOT THERAPUETIC at ALL. I can promise you I wouldnt have taken time to type all this if this was false. I just want to warn as many people as possible. I went in traumatized and came out worse and more broken than before.

i was a patient at HH i went by kaz there and i would like to say this place sucked! nothing but utterly trash only good thing there were a few patients and my therapist but overall you DO NOT want to send ur kid here. the bathrooms are so dirty ik its a mental hospital but come on everything is filthy. there were some helpful staff there but this place really sucks and you really gotta fake it till you make it cause i swear i really wanted to swing on some people who DEF deserved to be swung on but i didn't even if it was self defense you'd stay there longer (CRAZY!!!) overall i loved my therapist and some residents but please don't send ur kid here!
