I am writing this as I received a reminder today. Went last year (July) for foot pain. My wife also has foot pain. 1) concerns she voiced were talked down and ignored. At this point he lost any credibility with her. She ended her end of the examination. I should have at this point done the same. I hoped it was a situational thing. We discovered that I have bone spurs and I went ahead placed an order for orthotics. It was explained that some insurances take longer than others to respond to such a request. Ok I can understand that. I called about 2 weeks later and was met with the. We will call you when we know something no need for you to check. Ok I heard nothing until February of this year. It was a bill. I had to place a call to them to find out what it was for. I ended up getting transferred to a handler after explaining that I didn't even know that they had continued with anything since I hadn't heard from them in 6 months. After talking with her she offered to see if the doctor was willing to give me a discount if I still wanted them. At the time I agreed since I felt that it might do my health some good to be able to walk properly. Once the items arrived I spoke to her again and she let me know that I could come by and pick them up. It's a bit of a drive and they close about the time I get off work. I had an appointment in the area the following week. She said that was ok. When I called to let them know I would be coming by the person I spoke with said that I could not pick them up unless I set an appointment with the Dr. again. I explained that this had already been cleared. Gave her the information of whom I spoke to. She refused. I said ok. I didn't set the appointment. I called for a refund and had no further dealing with them since March. No I didn't get my refund. At this point I don't think it will happen. I no longer care. I was happy to no be dealing with them anymore. Out of the blue I get a call today from their office. I am soo pleased that 3 months later they chose to call....I will not only never use them or recommend them. I hope no one in their right mind goes to this facility. Please do not bother responding to this review. I will not believe anything that is said.

Dr Retieff did surgery in-office on a toe which took care of the problem. He has helped me with severe arthritis in feet by suggesting steel insoles for my shoes. Sounds uncomfortable but they are not and helps my toes to not bend when walking. This greatly reduces the pain and I ordered a pair of Turfliner Spring Steel Insoles from Amazon. Also get good support walking shoes. I highly recommend Dr Retieff to anyone searching for a kind, compassionate doctor who will clearly explain your problems and only recommend surgery if absolutely necessary. All staff in his office are very kind and very efficient. Do not hesitate and make an appointment with Dr Refieff for all your foot problems.

I received excellent, professional and prompt care! Dr.Retief listened to my complaint before doing any tests or xrays and was very thorough with his exam. I would give him and his incredible staff 10 stars if I could.

Dr Retief and his staff were very helpful. They explained what they were doing and why. Answered all my questions and provided very helpful information.

Dr Retief is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He doesn’t try to get you to spend tons of money on products. He gives you other options that are very affordable.

Dr Retief is Best of Best. He has been my longtime doctor for osteoarthritis. He is thorough and kind and very knowledgeable. Today he assisted with two cortisone shots that were difficult injections but achieved with no problem. He always travels a 'long extra mild' to make the visit so productive. Dr Retief shares all option in a very instructional and brilliant manner. So pleased. His receptionist Kristi is also top-notch with supreme assistance. I am so pleased with this office.
