Dr. Stein and his staff are always friendly and professional. I have had routine colonoscopies every 3-5 years since 1998. Dr. Stein even calls me the next day to check on me . I give Dr. Ira Stein an EXCELLENT 5 star rating !!

Dr. Stein has seen me twice, both times he and his staff were great... explained everything that was about to happen, made sure everything was okay, before releasing me.. He gave me a call with the results and checked on how I was doing.. Who could ask for anything better??

Easy to make appointment , Dr Stein is very professional, caring , east to talk to, good rapport .

Doctor Stein's nurse screens calls and seldom returns calls in urgent situations. I seldom ever call a doctor unless I am in need of care. She basically told me she screens calls on one appointment. That is not professional. I would fire her.unless she is instructed. She doesn't need to be a nurse.
