I must say upon leaving my appointment yesterday I was relaxed, felt like all my questions and fears were put to ease and also this is a doctor that you can communicate with and not feel intimidated.

Dr.Dattilo was very throughly the entire visit with us today. He explained the entire procedure, explained what was/would be happening to my husband during the procedure.

Dr. Dattilo was very straight forward and explains things clearly. This was my first visit with him and I was very pleased. I especially like the young doctor that was working with him.

Dr. Dattilo took the time to listen to my health problems and was very polite and I was very confident that if I ever required surgery his expertise could save my life. However, there is a big problem with communicating with his office, nobody ever answers the phone. My call goes to his nurse's voice mail and I leave a message, but never get a return call. I spoke with Dr. Dattilo about this problem and he promised me that he would take care of it, but that has not happened. I needed to call about a mistake on scheduling an Ultrasound for me in Jan. I have already had that Ultrasound. I should be having a CT Scan instead. I have tried to call to get that changed but again no answer or call back. Also his staff is not warm and friendly. I am disappointed that they feel that a patient doesn't need this type of environment. I told Dr. Dattilo that he needed to know these problems to help him not hurt him. So far, no change. I hope for one because I like Dr. Dattilo and would like to continue seeing him.

He is a very smart, caring man. He treats me with respect and love! We have used him since 2009 & followed him when he left VMC! Great guy!

In 2015 I had some major and unusual complications with ongoing Vascular disease. I was referred to Dr Dattilo. He explained exactly what was happening and the dangers of losing my right leg. He did not pressure me into a surgery. Things got so bad that I was hardly able to walk. I trusted Dr Dattilo and his team... I am so glad that I did, he is an amazing surgeon and good man. Recovery has been rough, but the follow up is fantastic -- this is a man who cares about his patients well being.

Saved my wife's life. Came in on his day off to perform emergency surgery due to a blood clot she had developed. By the time we reached the hospital, he was there waiting on her.I have worked with him in the OR and have seen how much he fights for his patients. No matter how long tired and exhausted he might become, he gives all of his strength, skill and compassion to his patients. He is the example that every surgeon should strive for. He is amazing ! If I need surgery,he is the one I'll call
