Dr Jessup is great. Talked to Susan the tech twice to try and replace my current contacts. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate both times that I spoke with her, said the customer put her on the defense. Dr. Jessup has been great at working with me and helping me find the right prescription.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my eyeglasses to come in. That’s unacceptable. Very poor communication about when you can expect the glasses you order- and pay hundreds of dollars for…. They won’t tell you when you can get your order. The worst.

Bad experience. Optician not knowledgeable. Poor customer service. The lab they deal with is in Florida. Go somewhere else.

This was our first visit with my 10 yr old son. Dr. Jessup was so kind and thorough. His office staff were so friendly and helpful. They made it very easy for him to try contacts for the first time. I highly recommend Dr. Jessup!

I love how friendly the staff is there! Dr. Jessup is so attentive and makes sure we are happy with our glasses/contacts and makes us feel that our satisfaction is very important to him. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Jessup for over 20 years and now bring our children! We tried another eye doctor years ago strictly due to location (we live in Hermitage), but quickly found out Dr. Jessup's care was worth the drive! He really is an excellent Optometrist! We love him and his staff and know you will too!

This was my first visit to Dr. Jessup and I was impressed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The office was prompt--not a lot of waiting time. I'll definitely return in the future.

Dr Jessup and his staff are outstanding! I had shingles on my eye and from the moment I explained my situation over the phone they seemed genuinely concerned. The staff got me in quickly and Dr Jessup was professional and kind, he explained his diagnosis and treatment clearly, he was patient and answered all my questions satisfactory The staff took their time explaining the charges and filed my insurance promptly. Upon arrival for my recheck, everyone expressed concern as to my improvement. I highly recommend Jessup Eye Care!

I purchased a pair of glasses for $954.00. My share was $564.00. My glasses already have scratches on the lenses. (Only have had them for 4 months.) I can't believe that I spent that much money and didn't purchase the protection plan for $25.00. I'm not sure that I was told the correct amount for the protection plan. Why would I spend $564.00 and not purchase the protection plan if it was only $25.00. Dr. Jessup has lost me as a customer!
