Jerome Burt's Online Review Report Card

I tried to call but could never reach a human. I left 3-4 messages and it took them weeks to get back to me to tell me there ware no available appointments in the near future.

Dr Jermaine Burt is amazing. He is compassionate, caring and his approach is personal. No cookie cutter formulas. I had tremendous breakthrough under his care.

Dr. Burt is kind, hilarious, patient, wise, and cares about you deeply. He will teach you with stories and parables that will stay with you - years after you’ve heard them. He will hold you accountable and nudge you towards your potential in a way that suits YOU best. His humility is unmatched AND the way he owns who he is, is absolutely inspiring; In fact, it will inspire and teach you how to own who you are - thorns and all. He has a permanent spot in my gratitude writings and I am happier than ever to be who I am. Be peace, Be Love ❤️

What an amazing experience! I have been seeing Dr. Burt for the past 8 years and I can think of no better therapist for me and my personal goals. Clearly, there are no guarantees that your experience will be constructive--given the interaction between patient and therapist. If your therapy is not serving your best interests, I would definitely keep searching until you find someone who works for you--as Dr. Burt works for me. If you need further data, check out Dr. Burt's posted TEDx Talk videos and podcasts. I doubt you will come across a more passionate, intuitive, stimulating voice of reason.

Wow only have had one visit the him and already feel better. He is so easy to talk to understands and listens to what you have to say and helps you figure out you can’t wait until our next visit!!!!!

No follow up care! I called Jan 8th and was scheduled for my first appointment at the end of March. The appointment was not great, he went on many long tangents about himself (he once took a group of baristas to dinner and had a fight with his friend earlier that day) and asking me what I wanted from him instead of asking relevant questions about my symptoms and what I needed. I felt uncomfortable, talked down to, and not listened to.I went to the desk to schedule another appointment and he didn't have an opening until mid May but I was PROMISED I would be put on the call list to be seen weekly, that they had so many last minute cancellations it would be fine. It has been 5 weeks since and I have received no calls, I had been on the call list in January and did receive calls then so I know it works. I feel abandoned as a patient. If you have serious needs do not turn to him, Burt and his office staff say what you want to hear then do not follow through in giving care.
