The J H L family want to thank Dr. Bi for being the excellent Doctor she is as she cared for our brother with the utmost respect, compassion, and competence. Dr. Bi not just gave him hope and his family; but managed to extend his life and the quality of his life as she so often turned him around from feeling hopeless, despair, as he continued to fight. Only she knew how he really felt as he trusted her to open up to her as he protected his family by never complaining or acting any other way than strong. Dr. Porter was his original doctor and when he retired, our brother and we as a family were crushed and worried; however, Dr. Porter selected Dr. Bi for his replacement and from the first time meeting her, our brother felt comfortable and relieved which in turn gave his family relief. Dr. Bi took the time to return a call to us personally, answering ?s, upon his passing. That is so rare and wonderful. If you have been diagnosed with the "Why God, this dreaded disease," big C, you want Dr. Bi by your side and TN Oncology at St. Thomas West. Bless her and her staff.

My brother fought his Cancer with his beloved Dr. Porter and when Porter retired, it was quite a blow; however, Dr. Porter, of course, left him in the hands of an excellent Doctor, Dr. Jin Bi! Dr. Bi, Jimmy loved you! You did every competent possible thing to increase his life and with quality. And the most incredible thing you accomplished was giving him hope in October, and his family, hope and you know of what we're speaking. Your compassion in addition to your excellence in your field, both gave him life. Thank you for calling us, generously giving your time to express your feelings and answer our questions. Though, all of us didn't get to meet you personally, ( Jim's choice as he maintained progress) we feel like we know you and we certainly owe you! May you and your family have all of the health and happiness there is! Thank you and we love you!

Love this place

An irresponsible doctor with a snarky attitude and language. I have a case of anemia, it’s always been this way and I’ve always needed iron infusions on the regular. She knows it. When I came for my annual with her she said “even before seeing your other labs I can already see the hemoglobin is at the bottom again, and given you’re trying to get pregnant you’d need all the iron you can get. So I’m gonna prescribe you the infusion, I just need to wait two days for the rest of the labs”. Then the labs came and showed then indeed I’m anemic. But my ferritin showed normal since I take extra strong iron pills every single day, it’s only a matter of time until the ferritin will be low as well. And yet, she said “yes you’re anemic but I am not gonna do anything about it. You need to wait until your ferritin it low and you’re all the way anemic and only then I can treat you”. And she also said “and you cannot get iron infusions while pregnant” Which means - get pregnant, become seriously anemic, and after your pregnancy if you’re still alive THEN I’ll give you the infusion you should’ve gotten all along. And why is that?! Because she’s a lazy doctor who doesn’t care to call insurance and sort what needs to be sorted. She sits there taking money from patients for doing absolutely nothing. A disgrace to the medical world. I hope other people will come forward and complain so her license is taken. People like her should not be doctors.

Dr Bi is the best , my husband has Alzheimer’s and she has always taken her time with him. He loves seeing her. He has been going to her for years and she was the only doctor that found out he had low blood platelets. Great doctor and so pleasant.

I believe Dr. Bi is the best! When you are sick, you need the Doctor to provide care but also confidence. Dr. Bi provides both!!

She is very caring and thorough. I came into her care 5 years into my cancer diagnosis and she listened to my Family planning goals and helped to carry me through my pregnancy.
